What you do matters.

With courage, care, and support you can shift your dreams from possible to real.

That’s where I come in. I’m Patrick Jackson, life coach, father, partner, horse, dog and cat dad, men’s group facilitator, and dedicated community member. As well as decades in men’s circles, my diverse experience includes operations management, running a group home and driving a tow truck.

I know how it feels to want a transition, to be craving change, and to feel paralyzed with indecision and unsure what steps to take and how to take them.

Even though it may sometimes feel out of reach, we all have a deep inner sense of what we need in order to live a purposeful and rewarding life. With the right conditions and support, we can all create more coherence and alignment with our authentic selves and access the vitality and satisfaction that comes from being true to who we are.

As a Certified Life Coach, I trust the uniqueness of your process. With empathy and a willingness to lovingly challenge you and build accountability where it matters most to you, I offer a compassionate and skillful partner with whom you can plan, dream, implement, create, take stock, re-evaluate, question, answer, transform, or simply explore what is possible and achievable in making the changes you wish to make.

As a counsellor in training, I bring a trauma-informed lens to the life coaching process, and an intersectional and liberatory lens to your experience and the impacts of your life choices. I’m here to support you making and sustaining life changes that matter to you.

“Patrick is a sensitive, perceptive and reflective human being who listens with care and responds thoughtfully with warmth. It was a joy to receive his help and counsel.”

Danel (dad, teacher, musician)

“The coaching sessions were at once very in-tuned, helpful and professional.

It felt like Patrick had been a coach for many years. Those sessions were the foundation for my continuing inquiry around “what’s next”. I have plenty of time as I am currently “retired”. Should that self inquiry stall I will unhesitatingly book some time with Patrick.

I highly recommend you check out what Patrick has to offer.”

Kate (mum, personal and professional development facilitator/trainer)
